Dentists do this by administering oral health treatments designed to prevent and remove cavities and eradicate gum disease and tooth decay. However, a new and growing segment of dentistry focuses almost entirely on cosmetics. More and more people these days are visiting the dentist simply because the want to look and feel younger. Most dentists work as general practitioners in private practice.
